A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Chijioke Paul Okeifufe
has commended the current leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu.
Okeifufe said Kalu’s unassuming leadership has reunited the party and is also responsible for the recent massive defection into the APC from the opposition party in the south east geo-political zone.
According to him, “Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is the noiseless oxygen to the party in the southeast region,”
He said, “The entering of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of Abia state into the All Progressives Congress, on Wednesday 16th November 2016, can be best described as noiseless oxygen to the party in the southeast region.
“I am not saying that he is solely behind the mass exodus of all the Igbo prominent politicians into the party, but his move into the party opened many doorways for political office holders in his home state that made it to the corridors of power. He made doorways that seem impossible in the imagination of many to be possible.
“The entering of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of Abia state into the All Progressives Congress, on Wednesday 16th November 2016, can be best described as noiseless oxygen to the party in the southeast region.
“We hope to see many more prominent Igbo sons and daughters joining the party that is currently running the affairs of great nation,” he concluded.
