Kalu on Wednesday, around 5:00pm during his usual adventure walk in Igbere was sighted at Igbere Valley View Spring at Okafia in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State.
The stream, surrounded by beautifully created bamboo trees, naturally crafted together forming a shelter like form, which brings about a very serene environment, which derives its coolness from the spring water that has a link to divinity is one of the best spring water in Nigeria.
Senator Kalu accompanied by friends, aides, drank from the valley view spring water regarded as one of the cleanest in Nigeria and also serves as a source of drinking water to the Okafia community.
In his nature of always identifying with the masses, Kalu’s presence at the spring water stirred joy and laughter to the amusement of the community dwellers, who also came to have a taste of the spring water.
