An Abia based Cleric, Apostle Chuks Alozie, has announced Forbes rated international businessman and astute politician, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as the most reliable businessman he ever met.

Addressing Participants at the NYFC annual business seminar for young entrepreneurs held in Abuja on Tuesday, the cleric has used the eminent businessman as an inspirational example of the integrity demands of a businessman.

He said many young people have taken advantage of the novel opportunities that inevitably accompany a growing economy like Nigeria but has failed to maintain the integrity needed of a business leader.

This failure he noted, has led to unsustainability of many business ventures

He singled out Kalu as one man he has known over the years and has continued to maintain his reliability and trust in business.

“I am not talking of politics because we are not here to discuss politics. But when you talk of business, Orji Uzor Kalu does not joke with standing firm on the ethics of business and agreement. He is the most reliable businessman I have ever met. People can have differences with him when it comes to politics, but no one has ever shaded him for not keeping to business agreements or terms. This attitude of him applies to both small and big businesses. These are the kind of qualities you must strive to possess if you want to be very successful and steady “ the cleric told the participants

Speaking further, Alozie said, “Nigeria prides itself with lots of successful businessmen and entrepreneurs and they should be strong motivations for you that you too can be very successful if you remain steadfast and committed to your ambition . But while looking up for mentorship from any of them, you should pay attention to what you emulate and what values you are willing to uphold.

He asked the participants to build long-term relationships by consistently delivering on promises and maintaining a high standard of service.

The Cleric also cautioned the participants against get rich quick syndrome stating that it has a devastating implication.

Citing a bible verse from Proverb 28:20, he encouraged the participants to engage only in activities that would make them enjoy the blessings of God in the short and long run

He urged them not be lured by the prospect of quick riches, which he said would lead them to fall prey to fraudulent schemes, scams, and illegal activities.

He warned that the obsession for instant wealth has left countless young people disillusioned, financially devastated, and even facing legal consequences pleading that all of the participants should embrace integrity and reliability for a sustainable long-term growth.
