President Muhammadu Buhari has scolded his Service Chiefs over series of insecurity issues across the country. He stated that the Security Chiefs have not done their best to help suppress insecurity.
This was disclosed by the National Security Adviser (NSA), Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno (Rtd.).
The President in a meeting at the Presidential Villa Abuja, with all the security chiefs warned that “excuses will no longer be tolerated” as the President who unhappy with the current state of security in Nigeria.
He further mentioned that the president was also not pleased with the lack of synergy amongst security force. He requires them to work collectively and diligently to help flatten the curve of insecurity facing Nigeria.
