About three serving Ministers in President Buhari’s cabinet have been accused of using their ministerial portfolios to fabricate lies using the President’s name to influence party decisions to their favour.
According to a competent source in the National Working Committee of the ruling All Progressive’s Congress (APC), the Ministers’ were in the habit of harping on their closeness to the Presidency to issue false directives using the name of President Buhari to influence party related affairs.
Pleading anonymity, the source revealed fthat asides party politics the said Ministers’ also used the sham to run the affairs of Government by saying what the President did not say. This , the source said, has become very worrisome to party stakeholders and Nigerians at large.
The NWC scribe also said that the Ministers act of pressuring party leaders to take certain decisions using President Buhari’s name will further create more crisis in the APC .
While urging President Buhari to call the Ministers’ involved to order, the party Chieftain said the move will save the President’s Administration from further crisis and embarrassment.
According to the APC Chieftain, the President must discipline the Ministers involved in such act, the scribe further warned that the Ministers must desist from using President Buhari’s name to play politics stating that such act has caused great disharmony amongst party stakeholders and members.
