Some residents nabbed a young man in the process of stealing a small generating set commonly referred to as ‘I pass my neighbour’ generator, from their neighbourhood and descended on him.
After giving him some rounds of beating, he was then stripped to his underwear and instructed to ‘pick pin’ as punishment for his criminal act.
